That has definitely been the theme of this tapping season!  What started out strong with nice sap running weather projections certainly went cold.  With the freezing temps that rolled in, we have been at a stand still.  We continue to monitor the weather that is ever changing.  One day long term projections make it seems as though we will be really busy very soon and the next another cold snap.  Only the good Lord knows what the balance of February and March weather holds.  As we wait we continue to prepare for the March Madness Tour and be at the ready to start boiling!
